FREEDOMS?

हिंदी में BUDDY FORM - CHOOSE FREEDOM

Dear Parents,

No one knows the child better than YOU!

Freedom here is the “stage/level” or “freedom a child experiences” in relating to the real world around them. Freedom defines the situations the parent and child face each day. We have defined 10 Freedoms.

Freedom 1 – Encouraging_Looking

•Child does not provide any eye contact.
•You feel like the child is in their own world entirely away from our world all the time.
•Child is unable to use the toilet and needs help for all activities.
•Child doesn't understand routine and resists a lot.
•Often stimming heavily and with extreme anxiety and stress which they have no control over.
•You are trying every possible means to connect with your child but feel you are unable to do anything with the child as you wish. You feel lost.
FREEDOM 1

Freedom 2 – Simple_Expectation

•You feel like the child engages with eye contact only when they need something from us, not the other way around. Anytime you try to engage, they are not interested in anything.
•Child is not able to use the toilet by themselves however they understand that they need to use it when taken inside.
•Child needs help in all aspects and doesn't understand the routine.
•Child stims because of anxiety and stress but is somewhat aware of their actions.•Child is able to stop the stim for a few seconds when requested.
FREEDOM 2

Freedom 3 – Engagement_Established

•Child understands their broad routine; not details.
•Child needs help in all activities throughout the day.
•They need excessive prompting but with lots of prompting and your efforts, the child is managing to learn basic life skills like eating.
•Child stims through the day but as their need.
•You understand stim needs and the child can stop for a while when engaging with you.
FREEDOM 3

  • Usually, our parents engage with us for a couple of FREEDOM courses only. They become confident and manage the pathways ahead with that learning itself. We want you to learn, implement, and be self-sufficient.
  • Pick a FREEDOM course that is right for your family. Not Sure? TRY BUDDY
